Job summary

CountryHouse Granite Bay in Granite Bay, CA, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to keep residents active, engaged, and connected. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; full-time role with driving responsibilities.

You'll plan engaging experiences, build personal connections, plan outings, provide safe transportation, share moments on internal platforms, and support the team to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• A positive, energetic personality and passion for working with seniors.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and meaningful experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable driving a passenger van and safely transporting residents.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities, events, games, and programs that encourage participation and bring joy.
• Learn residents' stories, interests, and hobbies to create experiences that feel meaningful and personal.
• Organize trips and excursions that keep residents connected to the greater community.
• Drive residents to outings and appointments using community vehicles.
• Use social media and internal platforms to highlight activities and special moments within the community.
• Jump in where needed and work together to create a welcoming, positive environment.
