Job Details: Job Location: Baytown, TX 77521, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Any, The Life Enrichment Coordinator develops, implements, and manages comprehensive activities program designed to meet the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of our residents on a daily basis. He or she plans and coordinates events, outings, games, and exercises for residents and arranges for scout troops, school groups, and performance groups to visit the residents. In addition, the Life Enrichment Coordinator oversees all activities to ensure residents participate safely.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents
• Oversees the management and daily operations of the activities department
• Implements and manages comprehensive activities programs for the residents
