Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and coordinate activities fulfilling the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of residents. You will plan events, outings, games, and performances, and arrange visits from groups to engage residents.

You will oversee daily operations, develop individual activity plans, manage the department budget, train volunteers, and ensure safety, documentation, and resident transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience planning social and recreational programs.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

The Life Enrichment Coordinator develops, implements, and manages comprehensive activities program designed to meet the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of our residents on a daily basis. He or she plans and coordinates events, outings, games, and exercises for residents and arranges for scout troops, school groups, and performance groups to visit the residents.
