Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management in Yakima, WA is seeking a Life Enrichment Coach to support adults with developmental disabilities in-home and in the community. You will help clients work toward goals, provide daily living assistance, and accompany them to appointments.

This non-exempt, hourly role offers meaningful impact, flexible hours, and benefits including health insurance, EAP, and a 401(k) plan after one year.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.
Background check cleared by DSHS before working alone.
Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to follow instructions and work with staff and clients.
Experience supporting developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

Advocate for clients with dignity, rights, and needs.
Teach emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
Develop action plans with clients to reach goals.
Document activities and maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate transportation and daily living support.
