Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking Life Enrichment Coaches to work in clients’ homes and in the community with adults who have developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, help clients pursue their goals, and support independence while maintaining safety and dignity.

This non-exempt role pays $17.50–$18.50 per hour. You’ll document progress, transport clients to activities and appointments, administer basic medications as directed, and follow care plans with

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background check before working with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or WA State ID.

Responsibilities

• Aid clients with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
• Assist clients in pursuing goals within their care plans.
• Coordinate programs for clients and document activity thoroughly.
• Transport clients to appointments and outings.
• Administer medications as directed and document accordingly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety.
