Kittitas Interactive Management seeks a Life Enrichment Coach to provide daily living support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community. You will help clients pursue personal goals, foster independence, and document progress in collaboration with the team.

This non-exempt role offers hourly pay between $17.50 and $18.50 and requires a valid WA driver’s license, background check, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure safety, health care access, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working unsupervised with clients
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and set priorities
• Experience supporting developmentally disabled adults (intermediate)

Responsabilités

• Advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Develop action plans with clients and document progress.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activity.
• Transport clients to outings and appointments.
• Administer medications and ensure health care access.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety.
