Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management seeks Life Enrichment Coaches to support adults with developmental disabilities in clients' homes and the community. You will help clients work toward goals, provide daily living assistance, and promote independence with respect and care.

This non-exempt role pays $17.50–$18.50 per hour and requires 18+, a background check, valid WA driver’s license or state ID, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Training and supportive environment provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working unsupervised.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Encourage personal growth and provide daily living support in home and community.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation to appointments.
• Develop action plans with clients and document progress.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety.
