Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management seeks a Life Enrichment Coach - Float to support clients in home and community settings. You will assist with goal tracking, daily living activities, and coordination of care while adhering to agency guidelines.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, client dignity, and documentation of progress. Flexible shifts include at least two 8-hour blocks per week in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before unsupervised work with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize, set priorities, and work well with staff and clients.
• Experience supporting developmentally disabled adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, crisis intervention and prevention support.
• Help clients identify and achieve behavioral goals.
• Document client behaviors accurately and timely.
• Coordinate goal setting and report progress with clients and management.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as per care plans.
• Transport and accompany clients to activities and health appointments, arranging transportation as needed.
• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safe, clean living environments.
• Communicate with medical offices and pharmacies.
• Maintain inventory of client property and complete required forms and data sheets.
