Job summary

Kittitas Interactive is seeking an empathetic Life Enrichment Coach to support clients in home and community settings. The role emphasizes goal-based guidance and daily living support, aligned with Residential Service Guidelines.

You will work under the Program Services department as a Non-Exempt staff member, reporting to the Training and Program Supervisor, with focus on facilitating growth and safety for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before unsupervised work with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize, and set priorities.
• Intermediate experience supporting developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Teach emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Develop action plans with clients to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with clients to document progress and goals.
• Evaluate progress toward goal actualization.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activity.
• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Ensure client safety and confidentiality.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments.
