Radiant Senior Living Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and run engaging activities for residents. You will encourage participation, create warmth and fun, and provide safe transportation as needed.

This part-time role requires compassion, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to assist residents physically, thriving in a care-centered team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activity programs.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere with personal interest for residents.
• Provide safe, courteous transportation service and conduct pre-trip vehicle checks as needed.
• Be a team player and assist in the activities department when there are no transportation needs.
