Job summary

Saber Health Group's Hartwell Health & Rehab Center in Garner, NC is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist with daily resident care, support care plans, and help create a warm, safe environment for residents.

We offer flexible pay options including On-Demand Pay and Weekly Pay, plus generous PTO, tuition assistance, and benefits. Shifts vary, including weekends, with starting wage of $20 per hour and opportunities for full- or part-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily resident care activities according to the care plan.
• Support recreational, social, educational and cultural programs for residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
