Job summary

Saber Health Group’s Hartwell Health & Rehab Center in Garner, NC is hiring for a CNA role. You will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and developmental programs for residents, in line with care plans.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement, with benefits including healthcare, 401K, PTO, tuition assistance, and daily pay options. Shifts vary and include weekends; full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unencumbered CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or currently enrolled in high school.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational, intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs per resident care plans.
• Support a range of resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with supervisor and care team to ensure quality resident experiences.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must possess an active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license.
