Job summary

Saber Health Group in Garner, NC is seeking compassionate CNAs to support activity programs in skilled nursing settings. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and educational activities aligned with resident care plans.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Wage starts at $20.00 per hour with on-demand and weekly pay options, plus comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance. Shifts include weekends in a supportive, family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs per resident care plan.
• Support resident well-being by implementing activities that align with individual assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with supervisor and care team to ensure activity programs meet residents' needs.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
