Job summary

Third Avenue Health and Rehab Center is seeking a part-time activities aide to support recreational, social and educational programs for residents. You will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities aligned with each resident's care plan under supervision.

Requirements include enrollment in a high school program or a high school diploma or equivalent. Wage is $15.00–$16.00 per hour; shifts are from 9:00a to 5:00p with daily opportunities and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs.
• Align activities with residents' assessments and care plans under supervision.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
