Job summary

Greene Health & Rehab Center in Greensburg, KY is seeking an entry-level Recreation Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational, and cultural programs for residents, under supervision. This role supports residents' well-being and engages them in meaningful activities.

We offer flexible hours, full-time and part-time opportunities, wage up to $16 per hour based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including tuition assistance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Work under supervision to deliver engaging activities that align with residents’ needs and care plans.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
