Dimondale Nursing Center is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Aide to deliver daily enrichment programs that support physical and mental well-being. You will lead engaging activities, promote a welcoming environment, and assist residents with meaningful experiences.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
- Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
- You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
- Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
- Evaluate patients according to background, life enrichment interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
- Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
