Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to and from life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients based on background, interests, abilities and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
