Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading activities within a health care setting preferred.
• Experience documenting assessments and resident plans is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and coordinate leisure life enrichment programs for residents.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations based on resident background and interests.
• Document life enrichment assessments and plans using appropriate methods.
