Job summary

WellBridge of Fenton is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead daily life enrichment programs in a warm, patient-centered environment. You will help plan, promote, and execute activities that support health, memory care, and overall well-being, while engaging guests and families with compassionate service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a passion for helping residents enjoy meaningful, enjoyable activities seven days a week in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to their background, life enrichment interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
