Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support vibrant activities for our residents. You will work closely with the Life Enrichment Director and the Community Relations Director to plan, set up, and run engaging programs that enhance daily life for seniors.

You will attend activities, log participation, distribute communications, and help with special events. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties, and you will help welcome new residents and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist LED in setting up activities.
• Take attendance and log activities for each resident.
• Distribute weekly bulletin and monthly activity schedules.
• Keep activity areas clean and ready after events.
• Support the LED with other duties as needed.
• Maintain a driver's license to serve as transportation driver if needed.
• Assist Marketing with lead-generation events.
• Help select welcome gifts for new residents.
