Requirements include prior experience in activity & event planning or similar, leading volunteers, and supervising staff. Must be willing and able to transport residents, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet insurance requirements. Age 25+ preferred.

• Develop monthly activity calendars addressing residents’ physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Conduct service plans and interviews to understand preferences
• Train staff and supervise volunteers in activity programs
• Coordinate transportation for outside events
• Manage budget, equipment, and supplies
• Capture and share activity photos/videos per standards
• Assist with community events and design activity spaces
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines
