Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license
• Driving record meets insurance requirements
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles
• Preferred: Experience with seniors, event planning, customer service, or creative skills

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Ensuring activities meet residents' needs and preferences
• Overseeing specific enrichment components as assigned
• Transporting residents to outside events, including driving company vehicles
• Effective communication with residents and staff
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace, and drug screening will be conducted at the company's discretion.
