Job summary

Talentify in Indiana is seeking an Activities Assistant to enhance the quality of life for residents through engaging programs and therapeutic activities. The LEA will promote participation, coordinate events, and support documentation and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to operate LifeLoop and other resident records systems, with a focus on safe, enjoyable activities for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate joy, empathy, and professionalism toward residents and families.
• Ability to use basic technology and engagement systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and champion Life Enrichment services within the community.
• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities.
• Support administrative tasks: copying, faxing, calendars, answering phones.
• Escort residents to activities and appointments.
• Maintain activity spaces and ensure programs run smoothly.
• Conduct setup and cleanup for programs and assist with inventory and training.
