We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. Your role will involve planning and executing engaging activities that positively impact residents' lives.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Driving record meeting insurance requirements
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles
• Preferred: Experience with seniors, event or lesson planning, customer service, or creative skills

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordination with outside organizations
• Ensuring activities meet residents' needs and preferences
• Overseeing specific enrichment components as assigned (e.g., Memory Care)
• Transporting residents to outside events using company vehicles
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace; drug screening will be conducted at the company's discretion.
