Job summary

ADP is seeking a Bilingual Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) in Phoenix, AZ to guide clients through open enrollment with benefit education, plan recommendations, and issue resolution. You will present, answer questions, and coordinate with HRBPs, Benefits Administrators, and clients to uphold the TotalSource value.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a valid license, Spanish and English fluency, and travel within 100 miles intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with HRBPs, Benefits Administrators, and WSEs to reinforce the TotalSource Value Proposition.
• Onboard clients with education and delivery of benefits, and conduct seminars.
• Assist with change management for elections and changes, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Support account due diligence and plan compliance during meetings and calls.
• Coordinate opportunities to increase ADP Benefits Value Proposition, including training and risk mitigation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Benefits Presentations: Provide consultation with clients (BAC and WSE) during Open Enrollment, including benefit recommendations, plan education, and answering questions to resolve enrollment issues.
• Relationship Management Assistance: Offer benefits consultation and advice while interacting with HRBPs, Benefits Administrators, and WSEs to reinforce the TotalSource Value Proposition.
• Onboarding Support: Establish benefits plan education and delivery for clients during onboarding, and conduct client seminars and annual benefit enrollment meetings for worksite employees.
• Change Management: Assist with the change‑management process for benefit elections and changes, coordinating with HRBPs, Clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Account Management Assistance: Reinforce the TotalSource Benefits Value Proposition during client meetings and calls, and support account due diligence and plan compliance.
• Benefits Consulting: Coordinate with HRBPs and other partners on opportunities to increase ADP Benefits Value Proposition, including compliance training and risk mitigation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from USD $21.92 to $40.87 per hour, subject to variations based on location, skills, and experience. Compensation may also include bonus, equity, or commissions where applicable.

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
