LAUNCH is hiring Life Counselor/Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. DSPs provide one-on-one or small group, community-based services focused on building independent living skills.

Responsibilities include supporting skill development (cooking, cleaning, socialization, community access), implementing individualized goals, and creating a supportive, goal-focused learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience preferred but not required—paid training provided.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required.

Reports to: Community Services Manager

Full Time & Part Time Available: 20-40 hours/week

Non-Exempt: $18.00/hour
