Job summary

Living Resources Corporation in Albany County is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities. This role offers meaningful work, hands-on training, and a supportive team environment.

You will work full- or part-time, Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm, with pay up to $18.75 per hour based on program, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Our Day Community Opportunity Program in Albany County, is seeking Direct Support Professionals. Do you want to have fun with our individuals who are independent within the community? We love to help them reach their goals by participating within the community, as well as volunteering to reach their short and long term goals. Great opportunity to grow and become part of a great team in Albany County Day Community Program.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Requirements

We would like to speak with those that are:

• Passionate about making a difference
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to community activities and appointments
• Reliable transportation
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to perform all tasks which require lifting, re-positioning and transferring without restriction
