Management & Training Corporation seeks a dedicated Lieutenant to lead with integrity at the East Texas Treatment Facility in Henderson, TX. You will supervise sergeants and officers, maintain order, and ensure safety in a correctional environment.

The role emphasizes shift leadership, staffing, training, and adherence to MTC and TDCJ directives. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
• Three (3) years full-time correctional custody or law enforcement experience with one year in supervision.
• Criminal Justice coursework or college credits may substitute for supervisory experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise assigned sergeants and correctional officers.
• Ensure custody and care of offenders and maintain order and discipline.
• Schedule, train and supervise staff in compliance with MTC and TDCJ directives.
• Conduct security searches and manage post assignments and staffing.
