The role supports onboarding new accounts and reviews credit information as needed. The position involves collecting project data, processing lien documents, and coordinating with teams for legal review and customer communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write and understand work instructions.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process Project Information Sheets.
• Review project tracking reports.
• Collect and process Lien Waivers.
• Process Credit application requests.
• Prepare Export documentation.
• Process Credit reference requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
