Job summary

ServiceMaster by Timeless in Wharton, NJ is seeking a Crew Chief to oversee restoration projects, coordinate production teams, and deliver a superior customer experience. You will supervise technicians, ensure safety and quality control, document job progress, and manage materials and equipment while maintaining OSHA-compliant practices.

Required: high school diploma/GED; at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration or construction; IICRC certifications preferred; full-time with benefits including

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to coordinate a crew.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards and enforce safety practices on the jobsite.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
