The Learning Experience - Zephyrhills, FL is hiring an experienced Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher in Early Childhood Education. This full-time role requires expertise in toddler development, classroom leadership, and collaboration with families to support each child's growth.

We seek a patient, proactive educator who can create a nurturing, structured environment while ensuring Florida DCF compliance and high-quality care for two-year-olds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with toddlers in licensed childcare.
• Strong understanding of toddler development milestones (language, social-emotional, cognitive, physical).
• Experience managing challenging toddler behaviors with positive strategies.
• Ability to meet Florida DCF childcare requirements and lead a classroom independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom of two-year-olds with patience and consistency.
• Establish structured routines and positive classroom management.
• Support and guide assistant teachers to maintain a safe, organized environment.
