Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a Two-Year-Old classroom with creativity, discovery, and growth. You will foster a warm, safe environment and partner with families to support children's curiosity and confidence.

You will plan age-appropriate lessons, document progress, maintain licensing standards, and collaborate with a devoted teaching team to create engaging early childhood experiences every day.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons and activities for the Two‑Year‑Old classroom
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments
