Job summary

All in the Family Early Learning Cenyer is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Two Year Old Teacher (Lead) to join our vibrant early education program. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

• 90 Hour Infant and Toddler Certification is REQUIRED.
• Strong passion for early childhood education and preschool development.
• Experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role is highly desirable.
• CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to design developmentally appropriate activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Patience and empathy with children and families.
• First aid and CPR certifications required and must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe.
• Utilize varied teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Plan activities including arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
• Assess children's progress, document observations, and communicate with parents.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide a cohesive experience.
• Communicate updates on child development to families.
• Ensure safety and health procedures are followed.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
