Confidential is seeking an experienced Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to guide a toddler classroom in your early childhood education expertise. You will establish routines, nurture development, and partner with families to support each child's growth.

You will lead a classroom independently, mentor an assistant teacher, and ensure safety, inclusive practices, and alignment with Florida childcare standards. A patient, proactive approach and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of toddler development including language, social-emotional milestones.
• Experience managing challenging toddler behaviors using positive strategies.
• Ability to meet Florida DCF childcare personnel and training requirements.
• Ability to lead a classroom independently while collaborating with staff.

• Lead a classroom of two-year-olds with patience, consistency, and confidence.
• Establish structured daily routines and clear expectations with positive classroom management.
• Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain a safe, organized, engaging classroom.
