PSI Services is seeking a Test Development Specialist to own the full cycle of licensure examination development, including content and psychometric analyses. This remote role requires occasional travel up to 25% and can be performed from anywhere in the US.

The position is full-time, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. You’ll design analyses, develop test content, and work closely with clients to ensure high-quality assessments and reliable results.

Formación

• Master's degree (Ph.D. desirable) in I/O psychology, measurement, education or related area.
• 3+ years’ experience in professional test development.
• Experience in Certification and/or Licensure testing.
• Training and experience in psychometrics.

Responsabilidades

• Construct, maintain and validate licensure and certification tests.
• Design job analyses including surveys and focus groups.
• Develop and update test content specifications.
• Review test items for written/performance exams.
• Facilitate item and exam development meetings on-site or virtually.
• Conduct item analyses and post-launch exam evaluation.
• Lead standard setting workshops and studies.
