PSI Services is seeking a Test Development Specialist to manage the full cycle of licensure examination development, including content creation, statistical analysis, and psychometrics. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel.

The candidate will lead job analysis, item development, and committee meetings, collaborating with clients to ensure high-quality assessments. A Master’s in a related field is required, with Ph.D. desirable, and 3+ years of experience in test development.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional test development experience.
• Experience in Certification/Licensure testing.
• Psychometrics training/experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAS/SPSS/SQL preferred.
• Experience facilitating standard setting with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct development for licensure/exam content and psychometric analyses.
• Design job analyses, surveys, and focus groups.
• Develop and review exam items for written/performance tests.
• Lead item/exam development meetings on-site or virtually.
• Perform statistical analyses and post-launch evaluation.
• Prepare technical reports on development and maintenance.
• Manage client projects and report progress to stakeholders.
• Present at professional conferences and support publications.
