PSI Services seeks a Test Development Specialist to lead full-cycle development for licensure examinations, aligning content with client contracts and industry practices. The role is client-facing, combining content development with psychometric analysis and reporting.

The position is full-time and can be performed remotely with occasional travel up to 25%. Core hours Monday–Friday, flexible around office availability, and opportunities to contribute to professional conferences and publications.

Formación

• Master’s degree in I/O psychology or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in professional test development.
• Experience with certification/licensure testing.
• Training in psychometrics and standard setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full cycle of licensure/exam development and validation.
• Conduct job analyses, surveys and focus groups.
• Develop and review test items for written or performance exams.
• Conduct statistical analyses and psychometric evaluations.
