PSI Services is seeking a Test Development Specialist to lead the full cycle of licensure examination development. Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required; Ph.D. desirable in I/O psychology, measurement, education or related area.
• 3+ years in professional test development.
• Experience in Certification and/or Licensure testing.
• Training and experience in psychometrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAS, SPSS and/or SQL preferred.
• Experience facilitating standard setting workshops with clients.

• Construct, maintain and validate licensure and certification tests.
• Design job analyses via surveys and focus groups.
• Develop and update test content specifications.
• Create and review test items for written or performance exams.
• Facilitate item and exam development meetings on-site or virtual.
• Perform statistical analyses of items and examinations.
• Contribute to standard setting workshops and studies.
• Produce technical reports on examination development and maintenance.
• Manage client project portfolios to meet quality and timelines.
• Provide client-facing documentation of test development activities.
