Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Test Development Specialist to lead the full cycle of licensure exam development, aligning with client contracts and industry practices. This is a full-time, remote role with core hours Monday–Friday and occasional travel up to 25% for meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities include job analyses, content specifications, item development, psychometric analyses, standard setting, and client reporting. Requires a Master’s in I/O psychology (Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in I/O psychology, measurement, education or related field.
• 3+ years of professional test development experience.
• Experience with licensure/certification testing preferred.
• Proficiency in psychometrics and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with SAS, SPSS or SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain and validate licensure/certification tests.
• Design job analyses and conduct surveys or focus groups.
• Develop and review test items for written or performance exams.
• Conduct statistical analyses and post-launch evaluations.
• Prepare client-facing documentation and reports.
