Responsibilities

• Accept and process payments for licenses, titles, parking placards and licenses for high volume customers.
• Process title, tag and placard renewals by mail and forward proper paperwork.
• Review documents for accuracy and potential fraud.
• Provide customer assistance and procedural guidance to customers.
• Balance cash, checks and credit cards daily and maintain proper cash handling practices.
