Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or physics discipline is required.
• Minimum of 20 years in management or supervisory role.
• Minimum of 10 years in nuclear licensing and regulatory matters within a U.S. framework (NRC or DOE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive licensing plans for advanced reactor technology within the U.S. regulatory framework.
• Oversee creation of licensing deliverables: technical reports, topical reports, license content.
• Define and drive regulatory strategy for major technical/programmatic challenges.
• Act as executive owner of the licensing basis for one or more reactor technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate regulatory requirements into design bases.
• Lead regulatory discussions with regulators, customers, and partners.
• Coordinate budgets and schedules to achieve regulatory outcomes.
• Communicate licensing activities and program plans to stakeholders.
