Job summary

This senior role requires 20+ years in management, 10+ years in nuclear licensing, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics required.
• 20+ years in management or supervisory role.
• 10+ years of nuclear licensing/regulatory experience in the U.S.
• Experience guiding complex nuclear programs at organizational level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOE/DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing plans for advanced reactor technology under U.S. regulations.
• Oversee licensing deliverables to align with regulatory expectations.
• Define regulatory strategy for major technical challenges.
• Executive owner of licensing basis for reactor technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate regulatory requirements.
• Support testing programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead regulatory discussions with regulators, customers, and partners.
• Coordinate budgets and schedules to achieve regulatory outcomes.
• Communicate licensing program status to stakeholders.
• Perform additional leadership duties to advance programs.
