Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc is seeking a results-oriented Licensing Operations Professional in Seattle to partner with field sellers on pitching, positioning, sizing, and offering the Flex Consumption Program from inception through execution. You will drive program needs supporting the quote-to-cash process and provide analytics-based recommendations to sales leaders.

The role requires working knowledge of software licensing, sales cycles, and strong communication with executives, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years working in Sales, Sales/Business Operations, Program Management or Business Insights capacity.
• Knowledge of security and networking marketplace and products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a defined set of operational/contractual elements for Licensing offerings to enable quote-to-cash.
• Serve as primary operations contact during Flex Consumption Program addendum review.
• Communicate clearly within HQ and Theatre Sales teams.
• Attend calls with field and customers to educate on licensing program components.
• Represent voice of the field/customer to drive programmatic improvements.
• Support Sales Process to improve deal velocity and remove roadblocks.
• Manage regional coverage as Subject Matter Expert for Flex Consumption Program.
• Create/manage quotes and operational elements to assist field in closing deals.
• Provide updates to Sales Leadership and oversee contract management processes.
