Qualifications

• BS/BA in business field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years working in Sales, Sales/Business Operations, Program Management or Business Insights capacity.
• Knowledge of security and networking marketplace and products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a defined set of operational/contractual elements enabling quote-to-cash for Licensing offerings.
• Be the primary operations point of contact during the Flex Consumption Program addendum review process.
• Provide clear and timely communication within HQ and Theatre Sales teams.
• Attend calls with field and customers to educate on licensing program components.
• Represent the voice of the field and customer to the operations team for programmatic improvements.
• Support Sales Process to improve deal velocity and remove roadblocks to close.
• Manage regional coverage for Flex Consumption Program as Subject Matter Expert and assist the field in quoting and closing deals.
• Track and provide updates on the operational pipeline to Sales Leadership.
• Oversee the contract management process and monitor customer addendum exceptions.
• Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and develop materials to support programs.
