Gwinnett County Government is seeking a Financial Support Associate in the Licensing and Revenue area within the Customer Experience Division. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and supporting daily operations of licensing and revenue services.

Responsibilities include processing occupation tax applications, renewals, payments, and cash handling, while coordinating with internal departments and external agencies to ensure accurate records and timely resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; up to four years bookkeeping, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with licensing and revenue processes preferred.
• Knowledge of county licensing and revenue operations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically resolving inquiries about occupation taxes.
• Process tax applications, renewals, payments, and balance daily transactions.
• Prepare invoices and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver licensing and revenue services.
• Maintain records and respond to correspondence.
