You will manage end-to-end processes, coordinate with carriers, advisors, and internal partners, and help ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance licensing & registration, compliance, or related regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance licensing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with FINRA Gateway, CRD, IARD, and carrier appointment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end licensing, registration, and appointment processes from initiation to completion.
• Identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and compliance concerns; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor downstream impacts to ensure all tasks are completed and documented.
• Serve as primary point of accountability for processes; escalate issues with solutions as needed.
• Maintain process documentation, controls, and enhancements to support compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex issues while meeting SLAs.
