Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Licensing & Registration Specialist II to support regulatory licensing, registration, and appointment activities for producers and firm entities.

The role starts with insurance licensing and carrier appointment administration, with opportunities to expand into securities registration, regulatory reporting, onboarding, and compliance support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, manage complex regulatory processes, and ensure end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than three years of applicable experience in insurance, licensing & registration, compliance, financial services, banking, or related regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance licensing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end licensing, registration, and appointment processes from initiation to completion.
• Identify process gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor downstream impacts and ensure tasks are completed and documented.
• Maintain process documentation, controls, and procedural enhancements for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive issue resolution while meeting SLAs.
