U.S. Bank is seeking a Licensing & Registration Specialist II to support licensing, registration, appointment administration, and compliance across insurance and related regulatory activities.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, risk mitigation, and attention to detail in processing from initiation through completion, with opportunities to expand into securities and broader regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than three years of applicable experience in insurance, licensing & registration, compliance, financial services, banking, or a related regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance licensing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end licensing, registration, and appointment processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Manage insurance licensing activities including applications, renewals, amendments, and terminations for producers and entities.
• Monitor regulatory updates and maintain regulatory records for audit readiness.
• Support onboarding, registrations, and related regulatory filings; maintain data in systems.
• Develop knowledge across securities registration and licensing processes to support future needs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
