The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment. Collaboration with location leadership and internal teams is essential to ensure timely licensing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of licensing/compliance or related administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned license and permit renewals for company locations.
• Track renewal deadlines, submission requirements, expiration dates, and follow-up items.
• Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications, renewal forms, and required supporting documentation.
• Communicate with government agencies regarding requirements and status.
• Maintain licensing records in tracking systems with statuses and dates.
• Coordinate licensing-related payments and supporting documentation.
• Escalate urgent or high-risk licensing issues to management.
• Provide status updates and reporting on licensing duties.
