VIZ Media, a leading licensing and entertainment company, seeks a Licensing Coordinator to support the Consumer Products Licensing team across multiple properties and categories. You will coordinate day-to-day ops, track deals, and manage communications with licensors and licensees in a centralized role.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in licensing or admin support, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Asana, Canva, Slack, and related tools.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of licensing, consumer products, entertainment, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Asana, Slack and Canva.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for the Consumer Products Licensing team across categories and territories.
• Prepare Deal Memos and documentation for internal and licensor approval.
• Track opportunities from submission to execution using internal systems.
• Maintain records of licensees, agreements, and milestones.
• Coordinate licensing agreement execution with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor renewal timelines and upcoming contract expirations.
• Assist in onboarding new licensees.
• Serve as liaison between licensees, licensors, licensors, and internal departments.
• Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
• Assist with overdue payment and forecast reconciliation.
• Coordinate sample requests for licensors, partners, and marketing initiatives
